The Washington Post reports that the number of Baby Boomers now retiring daily is up to 10,000 (was 6,000 during the recession). The number of Americans aged 65 or older that aren't in the labor force rose by 800,000 in the fourth quarter of 2016, marking the resumption of a long-standing trend: the exodus of the Baby Boomer (1946-1964) generation from the work force.
